In both the United States and Canada, iGaming is regulated at the State (or Provincial) level. To learn more about the laws in your region, visit your local government's website, such as NJDGE.org or iGaming Ontario. The Dirección General de Juegos y Sorteos oversees the legality of online gambling in Mexico.

7.2 South America

New laws are enacted yearly to regulate and tax iGaming in the region, but South America's regulatory system is still in its infancy. Our site does not contain information about the region.

7.3 United Kingdom

The UK is a fully regulated market for iGaming. The UK Gambling Commission is the official authority responsible for regulations.

7.4 Europe

Almost every European country has its own rules and laws regarding iGaming. Some official bodies include the Swedish Spelinspektionen, the Dutch Kansspelautoriteit, the French ANJ, and others. Visit your country's government website to learn more about the laws there.

7.5 Oceania

The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is the official body in charge of iGaming in Australia. New Zealand's Gambling Commission is managed by the country itself. Visit your country's government website to learn more about the laws there.

7.6 Asia

Most countries in this region prohibit online gambling, so there are no resources for regulation. Our Site does not offer iGaming resources for Asia.

7.7 Africa

Most countries in this region have banned online gambling, so there are no resources for regulation. Our site does not provide information about iGaming for Africa.

Limitation of Liability

In no event, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall we be liable to you or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, personal injury (including death), and property damage of any nature, arising from (a) the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or the content, materials, or functions on any such site, or (b) the conduct or actions, whether online or offline, of you or any other person or entity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

In no case shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise, exceed the amount you paid, if any, or £100 GBP, whichever is less, for accessing or participating in any activity related to the Site.
